My weapons of choice would be a dual leaf-bladed swords and a dagger.

First I would go to an auto shop. (i would keep the dagger concealed at my waist) at the auto shop I would buy two car batteries and two jumper cables. Next, I would go to sport store and buy a backpack.
Finally, I would get in my car and put the batteries in my backpack after hooking them up to the jumper cables, connect them to each of the swords, sling my backpack on, get out of my car....

And slaughter those Zombies with an en elceectro-swor :

Make haste my friend, I fear that there wont be enough time to do these things safely if the zombies had already arrived. It's best you get your sword/dagger and car batteries right away, and have them at the ready!
